Mediation

Mediation

From the agreement that is usually made before the start of mediation:

"The mediator shall maintain strict impartiality and confidentiality and shall have no interest in the outcome of the proceedings. He has not previously represented or advised any of the parties in this matter by a lawyer and will not do so in the future.

The parties to the conflict agree that they are responsible for finding a solution themselves. They strive for a fair and consensual solution that best meets their two needs and interests. The mediator will support them in this process to the best of his ability."
In the case of conflicts in families, e.g. separation, contact or childhood conflicts, in connection with inheritance cases, in the community of heirs in inheritance disputes, at work, in associations and beyond, in all areas in which a voluntary, sustainable and self-developed solution is more satisfactory for all parties as well as more cost- and time-saving than a sometimes protracted judicial dispute, we offer mediation.

Mediation takes place in an atmosphere of trust and a holistic approach. Mediation is understood as a confidential and structured procedure in which the parties voluntarily and independently strive for an amicable settlement of their conflict with the help of an independent mediator.
